According to Josip Ricov there will be a ‘major software update’ in the spring (0.45 in the video). In the comments below the video he says he got that info from a regional Kia CIO. Hopefully that will solve some of the current heating and charging issues.
But from what I gather they can’t do OTA updates (only navigation is OTA), so does that mean we’ll have to visit our Kia dealers for these updates? If so I can see a lot of pissed off dealers (and bit annoying for us to keep going back too).

Great isn't it?

I bought a Tesla Model S in 2014 that did full OTA software updates from day one.

For some reason most manufacturers still can't do it, 8 years later.

This would be very disappointing, the sales guy told me at the dealer day the EV6 would get OTA updates... I hope they don't try to use the get out "we meant nav data".

The I-Pace never really did OTA consistently. Several updates at the dealer.
Suspect it will take several iterations of software before OTA is more than navigation an d media system upgrades.
