Hi,
I live in block with under ground car park, my installer has been round and installation running from meter cupboard to my space is simple enough. I have permission from building management but what seems to be a sticking point is for the Grant it stipulates that the space must be on your land registry docs. My space is not, it is allocated by the freeholder for my sole use but I don’t actually own it, has anyone put a claim in for the grant In this situation? I was hoping I can just get a letter from management stating that the space Is allocated for my sole use and should suffice, but I’m not sure a govt.dept would be that reasonable!
