For anyone wondering if the ID.4's boot is big enough...It is!

Quick question, how does one acquire so many CD/DVD cases?!

Living through the 90s/00s... 😳 I lost count over 1000 albums

Good question! Only about 200 of them were ours - we recently moved into a smaller house without space for DVD shelves, so we transferred all the discs into disc wallets and wanted to recycle the cases. Sadly it turns out local council recycling can't handle CD/DVD cases, but I found a company down in Bucks that can (and the discs themselves too!). Since I knew I'd be making a run down there I put a collection bin in the local library and posted on facebook/nextdoor. I ended up getting a pretty staggering number of cds/dvds/vhs tapes/even some floppy discs... I had to pull all the papers out and separate the plastics, but yesterday I was finally able to drive down and drop everything off at the plastic recycling company.

☝ that's what I meant 😳 only a fool would buy that many CDs 😔

The only appropriate unit of measure is a banana box. This is Greek to me...

Glad I didn't buy 1000 banana boxes either... 😳

Has my id.4 over a year now, yes the boot is huge, and when it's all flat/back seats down, same floor cargo area as my old Golf estate, just more height and larger tail gate opening with the id.4.

Boot space might be one of the main things to swing me to an ID.4 instead of an EV6. If I could afford an ID.4 max then there'd be less in it but I can't....
