True, but the racing is close and furious which ultimately is what motorsport is all about...

Looking good!
What amuses me is that the revised F1 regulations for 2021 are going to have the cars looking rather like the Gen 2 Formula E cars!

What I have started wondering is where can F1 go in the future?
A very good friend of mine is rather senior in an F1 team - he's quit to go work for a FE team. Go figure.

F1's days are numbered. The UK fan base will drop off in 2019, no one will go to Silverstone, and the circuit will probably fold anyway. F1 is fast becoming irrelevant to the cars we drive on the road. Manufacturers and sponsors will withdraw as eyeballs disappear, and that will be it.

Now that race was a lot of fun.

I'm impressed by the amount of regen though motors get.
Agreed, an excellent race.
Plenty of close action, over taking and even a twist at the end.
45 min races are about right.
Remarkably the "attack mode" actually seems to work in spicing it up.
I wonder when they'll go full mario kart. :)

Agreed, I thought "attack mode" would be naff but actually it's really added a fun dimension! We're thinking of going to Monaco to watch the race there. Tickets are £10 each... cheaper to fly out there for a couple of days and watch the Formula E race than get a weekend pass for the British F1...
