I find a low temperature over 24 hours affects the mileage more than any heat setting I choose.
Last Friday was wet and cold, managed to get 36 miles on electric but the week before when it was warmer it was 46 miles, both times the heating was set to minimum.
Strange that we are getting varying mileage though.
Well I guess I should have held on for a sunny spell before saying anything, did 51 miles yesterday, it just goes to show how much power is used on colder days keeping the batteries conditioned.
So does it make sense then that the first two full charges in my car only predicted 30-35 miles ?
I understand that range will reduce as heaters etc get used but I expected a higher predicted range which then fell as I got going.
Is it clever enough to gauge its winter range before I've set off then ?
