Mrs H picked her sister up from Gatwick on Thursday, flight delayed, parked in short stay and charged. Charged £13 for parking. Pointed out that their website says you don't pay if you've charged an EV / PHEV. They informed her they'd stopped that a year ago and refused to not charge. She paid and has written to them asking for a refund quoting / screen shot of their website. I'll let you know how she get's on (I did tell her to go to the PodPoint at Tesco's down the road, but hey ho)

A bit off if it's still advertised on the website.

Here's the relevant page: https://www.gatwickparking.com/help-and-faqs/electric-cars/

Charging your vehicle is free and, whilst charging your car, you may stay in the Short Stay car park for up to four hours for free. When leaving the car parks please visit the customer service office or press the assistance button at the exit barriers.

Also wrong here - which I got to via their website so no question about google linking to an out of date page.
Expand - Do you have electronic charging points available at the airport? Says free charging and parking.

And the charging is not free - Pod Point say 22p/KW on their website - https://charge.pod-point.com/address/gatwick-south-terminal-ymg/adam-sean
