I've had 2.0 installed from new but I still can't get the app to start heating/cooling without the car plugged in. Had we connect customer service suggest re registering phone and reset car to factory settings but no joy. Any suggestions appreciated. Just getting error message saying make sure car is plugged in.

If you swap to the 'car' page, does it have a section for air conditioning?

My app allows me to control temp from both there and the 'home' page.

Controls are all fine, just won't work unless car plugged in? Works pretty consistently if car's plugged in.

Does the car display shows a good 4G signal strength?

The signal's fine. Also it works when plugged in, so can't be that.
