Did an 80mile journey today in the golf. Didn’t bother to charge it fully as it was showing 95m on the range when I left. It was mainly motorway and traveling at 65mph, weather fair, temp 9deg c. Got home with 17miles showing, pretty decent I thought

Maybe I would have been a little colder

I drove round as I had 45mins to waste in Cheltenham, 3 charging points were shown on Zap-Map within a mile of my destination and I couldn’t find any of them

Probably at private residences, why they show them heaven knows.

I mean I didn’t need a charge but would have been miffed if I had. One was the college, was a small site with 3 entrances but couldn’t find the posts. The other was a garage down a narrow lane which was shut anyway and the 3rd a street of shops with parking both sides and no visible charge point. These were all type 2, as I wanted to get some experience of them in different areas. Typically I would have found a rapid if I was desperate which I assume would be obvious
