Just checked back to see how the Ecotricity/Gridserve upgrades are going, and after a long discussion about Osprey, I see we are now on to Fastned.

FastNed doesn't use ISO15118.

Cars within a model, but I read that somewhere on here and may have misremembered.

No they said they will be posting this soon though. The issue is they're still waiting on hardware which isn't due to arrive until end of this month lol.

I think they will struggle to meet Dale Vince's optimistic time frame for getting them replaced🤣

I think the reason some cars don't work with it on FastNed is because the MAC addresses aren't unique.

Yes, silly Audi made all their cars with the same single MAC address - oops !

Back on topic - I wish gridserve would replace the ecotricity chargers at Burtonwood Warrington - they've been offline for nearly 2 years !!

They've started posting job ads for Norwich, which I believe is due to open in Q3.
