I've been scouring sites and Facebook groups to find other members of the Corsa-e family, but I feel like we might be the only ones! We took delivery on Friday 20th March.

Here's ours looking over Gloucester.

So far, so great! Just a shame we can't really drive anywhere other than the supermarket right now.

I had my name down for one with an early reservation but due to the way I have been treated by the Vauxhall dealership that I bought my Ampera from I decided, after 40 years and over a dozen Vauxhalls, to jump ship. I genuinely hope you have a better experience than me as the Ampera was a brilliant car just lacking in the support from Vauxhall and a very uninterested dealership. Given that you are well south of the border then I think you will be far enough away from that dealership.

I should add that I still have the car in my photo after 19 years, like the Ampera it is one that was poorly supported by Vauxhall with superior customer service promised but soon broken. Fortunately, there is a very good owner's support network for the 220.

That’s a shame

My VX220 n/a was well looked after by Vauxhall Bristol

i guess the ampera is like the VX220 and the Zoe - only some dealers support them and those that do are hard work

specialists are always better than dealerships tbh

as for the corsa-e - looks fab.

yeah let us know the range :) what’s your current mpkwh?

We haven't been able to drive the car for the past week, except for one trip to Tesco (2 miles each way) so can't really report on too much. We were able to put 200 miles on it before the lockdown.

The range indicator is on the seriously conservative side. We have a 72% charge and it's saying 99 miles of range. We took it out for a long drive the day before lockdown and it said we had 93 miles of range for almost the entire journey (about a 30 mile round trip) so it doesn't seem to update very frequently or accurately. I suppose it doesn't know enough about our driving style at the moment? Here's to hoping that we don't have the least efficient electric vehicle in the UK at least (less than 3 miles per kWh if the GOM is accurate). Will find out in a few months when we can drive it again.

Three miles per kWh...?...my eTron wouldn't do that downhill with the wind behind it if I got out and pushed! You'll have to try harder than that to be the least efficient EV going I'm afraid...😉

By the way I’m sorry to see the only Vauxhall Corsa-e thread buried as an afterthought in the bowels of the PSA general thread. It just shows how many different ev’s are on the market now. When I first joined this forum many years ago when I bought my Vauxhall Ampera there was far less choice available.

I'm up and down that hill regularly at weekends. How much battery drain occurred going up Crickley Hill, going down probably didn't replenish it.

Nice looking car.

I come by that way when I visit my parents in Gloucester. Didn’t realise there was that parking area parallel to the Cirencester road. Might stop there next time. Do they have any charging posts there? 🤣

Hopefully the OP can answer your question. I am only passing it in my NHS van.

If and when my protracted collection of my car eventually happens I might tackle the hill.

My P Ex and it's sale has seriously held up the process.

I sold it back to the original dealer, but their accounts department are working from home and they are very slow paying out and guess what, I cannot contact them by conventional means.

I suggested it, when the Corsa e was announced, to have more sub manufacturers within this 'Umbrella' group but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears, or the mod is not reading responses to comments.

The photo was taken at Barrow Wake just off the A417, it's certainly a steep incline from the Gloucester side! The next time I am up that way (not any time soon due to lockdown) I'll try to record what happens with the GoM (y)

Order update. I have just heard from the dealer that the car has just arrived in the UK and they will contact me about delivery within the next 7-10 days so things are moving again it would appear.
