I have test driven an i4 eDrive40 M Sport Pro Pack demonstrator on 19" wheels. Unfortunately, my wife has back problems and found the ride quality only borderline acceptable, even with the damper set to Comfort. All of my local BMW dealers only have this same specification of vehicle. Has anyone come across a Sport specification demonstrator vehicle anywhere in the UK, ideally on 17" wheels. I'm keen to test drive this specification to see if the ride is any more comfortable for my wife. Alternatively, if anyone has already taken delivery of a vehicle of this specification, or is soon to do so, and would be prepared to take a couple of passengers out on a test drive, then I would be extremely grateful if they would get in touch. We would be willing to travel any distance for such an opportunity. Thanks.

Try Chandlers in Rustington, Littlehampton. Alex Hoad. They have two. Test drove both but not sure wheel size. Not sure 17” very common. Not sure where you are but people use them from across the UK.

For highest comfort you should chose a car with 17" wheels. I did actually test drive one like that with 19" wheels but also was not happy with it, it felt like my older Mazda 6, one I bought in 2015 and sold 2019. I don't have any back problems, but 17" was my choice for my 330e back in 2019, and the same is for my i4 eDrive40. It makes a huge difference in comfort, noise and consumption.

I am currently discussing an upgrade to Laser lights because of the functionality differences. I have had adaptive and automatic headlights the last 10 years in three different cars from two different makers (Mazda and BMW) and I don't want to be without it. Apparently the ordinary LED headlights include only automatic on/off, they are not adaptive. That option is offered only in the Laser. I met my dealer yesterday, he will get back to me next week about how much it will cost.

Anyway, in Sweden, there is no Visibility package as far as I know, but anyway, I didn't chose any package, I picked the base model and ticked the options I wanted to have, mainly Parking Assistant Plus for the 360° view camera and Driving Assistant Professional to get the maximum safety features. Adding Laser will add what I want to have safety wise from this car.
