I must be getting old as I am looking into getting a caravan. I would have to change my Model 3 for one with a tow bar. Before taking the plunge I'm interested in any experiences anyone has. It would be a small caravan because the towing capacity of the Model 3 is 1000 Kg.

You're looking at knocking 50% off your range, then the fun of unhitching the caravan at every supercharger on the route so you can back in to the space..

This is absolutely something I’m looking to do. With a 2 berth caravan, you could have two sleeping in the car, and two in the ‘van (I’m thinking). Hoping to drop a deposit on a LR M3 soon, so weighing up whether to get the tow hitch too.
