Does anyone have any idea how to I can achieve the following lighting configuration? I have actually taken a step backwards by accident by messing around with my OBD headlight menu which is all in German 😬, the setup I want is as follows:

ps: I know you can enable the DRL setting for the infotainment system, i've done this, but all this does is allow me to turn the C lights on while my lights are in the 0 position which is undesired.
| Set to 0 | Set to "parking light" | Set to headlights |
| no lights on | C lights + daytime LED | C lights + headlights |
