I've searched this forum to find out the answer to this question and this to some might be a stupid question but do you have to actually do anything to make the heat pump work... or is however it works automatic? Look forward to your comments. Thx

Its very subtle - but last winter in never got less than 120 miles out of a 'tank' so certainly makes a difference. If you can combine it with the winter pack so you have heated seats as well it makes for a much better winter vehicle as you also need to run the heater less.

Unfortunately I bought the car from stock, I wanted the winter pack but couldn't find a car that had that as well as the other features I wanted... being the heat pump and AID. Thx for your feedback.
