The heated seats are not working on the driver side of my Zoe R240.
The Heated seat symbol is lit up in the instrument cluster when activated, so I would guess that the button/switch is ok.
It works fine on the passenger side.

Does anybody know which part is usually defective?
Have you seen any guide on how to repair it?

have you checked all the connectors under the drivers seat and connected properly?

Thanks! I just managed to disconnect/reconnect one white connector. Would be nice if someone have had the same fault. Otherwise I'll remove the seat completely to have a better look.

Probably its model related (I have hade the same problem on a r90 and got it repaired on warranty.)

If someone have the electronic diagram could also help.

here you go if you can understand these wiring diagrams, i'm useless at reading them - but 1853 and 1854 are the heated seats

A little update on how it is going...
Here are some good tips for troubleshooting:

I measured in this connector for the back heating. It was fine. Just a few ohms.

Then I measured this connector. 12k ohms between pin 2 and 3. Ok the sensor was fine.

Then pin 1 and 4. No connection here -the seat heater is broken! Sinse the back and the seat heater are connected in series I bypassed the seats heater (blue in picture) to verify. Yes, now the back heater is working!
