But the survey makes no allowance for visitors to the county or those travelling through to Cornwall. Surely Devon needs to allow for tourists.

Not my survey. There were some boxes where you could write whatever you want. I asked for more chargers in day trip locations, like all beach car parks, both moors amd the charging desert known as the South Hams.
