I am sure that these early teething issues will be sorted. Whilst not wanting to make excuses for Vauxhall it is true that this is a brand new car with brand new and very different technology. Even things like setting up prior to delivery will be a new experience for the dealer staff. OK, they have been trained, but they will not have experience of this car/technology yet so they will be more prone to making mistakes. I am not suggesting that is what happened here because obviously no one knows what happened in your particular case but it is worth us being a little understanding... we are the first and being the first we will get the brunt of the early problems.
None of this is any consolation if it is your car in the garage I accept that
