Good to see a high efficiency 22kW OBC coming to market. Hopefully we will see it used by OEMs.

How is the unit cooled?
Presumably with a liquid heat exchanger, like the drive inverter or a regular onboard charger. Looks like it's not included in the design though - presumably you bolt your own plate heat exchanger to the bottom of the unit and couple that up to the cooling system in the car.

Power dissipation is likely to be similar to that of the drive inverter while driving at motorway speeds so within the car's existing cooling system capability as long as the radiator fan can be programmed to come on while charging. (Since the car will be stationary)

At 94% efficient I guess the 6% is lost as heat, so at 22kW be 1.3kW. Be useful if that could be directed to cabin and/or battery on a cold day.

I know on the GTE the charger heat is directed into the LT2 cooling circuit used by the battery and cooled by the radiator (if required). Most manufacturers have thought about this.
