Hi guys! First time posting here!

Anyway, we owned an etron suv for about a year now. We were charging via 110v because we have a detached garage and electrician wanted almost $6000 to install 220. It was fine since we rare drive the car and it never gave us any problem. Anyway, maybe up until like few months back..we took the car to the dealer because we got a mail about something that needs to update. We took it there once we got the car back..that's when the nightmare begins. We were getting the RED light on the charger so we brought the back 3 times since and was told there is nothing wrong. Thought maybe it's because it was 110v so finally coughed up the money and converted the outlet to 220 (electrician ran new lines based on what audi wants (called dealer for that) but we were still getting the same problem and finally audi gave us a new charger today and we tried it but it's still giving us the same problem. Does anyone have this problem? (oh, we took the plug to another house and it still does the same thing while if we take it to electrify america chargers and we have no issue).

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Does it do the same thing on both charging sockets? If you've got a new charger, then it sounds like the car is faulty. You could ask the dealer to show you how to connect it correctly and prove it's working.
