Assuming it was installed using the OLEV/OZEV grant you have three years on-site guarantee provided by the installer, underwritten by the manufacturer. Otherwise PodPoint charge an arm and a leg.

Home of point just stopped working
So my wife phone me today saying there car want charging. No lights on the charger at all.
Have tried turning off at mains for a few minutes but it seems dead.
Anything I can do? It was installed December 2019, what is the warranty on these?

It was on the OLEV grant, organised through pod point.
