A friend had one installed a while back and hasn't reported any problems, I'm currently waiting for an install of one.
I would imagine they are quite busy, they are a friendly bunch. I’m sure they will respond. You might be better arranging it through your EV installer to be honest.I am looking for my first charger, I strongly considered Hypervolt. Filled the order/enquiry form in on their website on Sunday expecting a call or communication today (Monday), but nothing.
Went onto their website to use the live chat feature @ 11 am today (Monday) to try and have a chat. The chat service was not manned even though it states it is manned from 0900am.
Not a good start. Think I will be looking elsewhere.
