I can't find any info on a service pack you can buy with the car or within 1 year of it being bought. Every VW I've had in the last 10 years has come with a service pack bought with the car or I've been able to buy one within a year of ownership for a low price (my Polo GTI+ has a £199 service pack for the first 2 services). Seems that VW haven't finalised the scope and price of a service yet.

The PCP deal on my 1st includes 2 services.

That's a 1st edition thing only. At some point within the next 6 months, VW or the dealerships will have to decide how much a paid for ID3 service will cost. My neighbour has a MK2 Nissan leaf and pays £90 for what is essentially battery health checks, tyre pressure checks, an inspection of the brakes for wear and brake fluid checks, and a look at the underside/suspension. Pretty much a Halfords £25 "Winter check" at dealership rates. Probably has a safety check for bonnet length too .
