Id4 with heat pump air con issue

My id4 with heat pump has stopped blowing cold (air conditioned chilled air). Instead it is just standard temp regardless of whether air con is on/off in any any driving mode. Been 2 VW dealerships. 1 didn't have the right machine wo cope with the high pressure co2 system and the 2nd has re-gassed which has done absolutely nothing. Has anyone come across this and also had it fixed? Can't believe VW sell a car that they can't or don't know how to fix. Any help appreciated.
