I have a NextBase dashcam to install in the next few days. Suggestions on which fuse I should piggyback off along with routing for the cable to behind the rear view mirror would be welcome.

I usually use something like the wipers (or 12v socket if it is not permanent live).

Remove the end panel from the dash on the passenger side then run the cable up the A panel behind the trim, tucking it into the roof lining.
