EDIT - They seem to be going in between the exit road from the carpark & the main building. Where the billboard is on Google Street View.

Yes but does than include the kWh charges as well? ;)
No just the Polar Subs that would cost £7.95 a month = £96 a Year
Fantastic news, I've only had my car 2 weeks and it took me all of 3 days to realise that Instavolt are my go-to, can't be bothered with a different app for every single network.
Don't rule out Osprey, though...

Especially if you get an Octopus Electric Juice card, which puts the cost of the charge on your household electric bill instead of your bank or credit card.

I am on Octopus, so I was quite excited to see if I had any Osprey chargers on my normal route, sadly there seems to be an exclusion zone around where I live where Osprey haven't installed a charger within 20 miles :ROFLMAO: (Do I smell?)

All of the networks seem to have blank areas, hopefully they'll all improve.

Osprey have an agreement with Marston's pubs. If there's one near you with a car park, maybe ask Osprey to look at installing one there.
Rugby will have 12 Tesla Superchargers & 12 350kW Ecotricity chargers in the main car park, and 2 150kW BP chargers next to the fuel station.
This is why I said 22. 14 at Rugby & these 8 at Corley SB.
The bulk of the chargers are next to the power substations at the back of the car park. I pointed out to the developers that this is not friendly to disabled drivers who benefit from EVs not needing adaption. Of course the answer was they are away from the amenities to prevent iceing... that isn't good enough if you are disabled.
If they put them up at the front, no one would be able to use them.

To be fair, the existing chargers are out the front of the building, so disabled drivers could use those... if they are free and working (OK, big IF). They would be a fairly good candidate for marking the bays as disabled only, if it wasn't for the fact they can charge non-CCS cars that the others can't.

That isn't good enough. All facilities have to be suitable for disabled people. Why are all the disabled parking spaces immediately in front of the amenities, so they can access them without too much difficulty for themselves and their carers. Many disabled people have stroke and learning difficulties and need guidance, so t walk all the way across a car park is a hazard for them and drivers. And there are no existing chargers at Rugby.
Why not park in the disabled space, get the coffee, then drive to the charger?

The solution is to make ICEing as expensive and socialy unacceptable as parking in a disabled space without a blue badge. EV drivers have been asking for that for years. Hasn't happend yet....

They shouldn't have to spend the extra time not charging, they have the right to get on with their lives at the same pace as everybody else. And no I am not disabled, yet, but I do see that the designers of the service area at Rugby didn't give it a thought.

Drove by these today, looks like they might be a while off yet, basically all that's in is the bases for the chargers. There's a second bunch of works about 20-30m from the chargers that looks like it's going to be the housing for the electricity supply for them and that's barely started. Also compared to the Ecotricity ones up at the entrance, these are quite a way from the services.

I think the new 350w Ecotricity ones at Rugby are going to be live first and if you're going that way and can make it will be a better option.
Big news.
Just a bit of a shame they are only 50kW (currently at least)

The post I linked also says they have 7 chargers on the Southbound side, coming on line by the end of the month.

Brilliant stuff. I wonder what the deal was with EH on MSA's. Instavolt is now about double the size of EH. I just do not think EH can catch up or survive if this happens at every MSA.
From the photo it looks like they’ve seriously underestimated the demand ;)

Corley has gone live allegedly! It's Corley Northbound. Hopefully this might mean Welcome Break have teamed up with Instavolt and sent ecotricity packing.

That would be a dream come true.
