I am converting a 2003 Golf to electric. lopified.blogspot.com

Any info you can correct or add to my blog to keep me on track is appreciated.

The chassis will be a VW Gol GL 2 door.
The battery will be a Nissan Leaf 24kWh 2013 or newer
The motor will be an Siemens 1PV5135 4WS14 AC Induction Motor
The inverter will be the Azure DMOC 645
Current charger Brusa 513 3.3kW

I need a:
DC-DC converter
Leaf battery pack

A bonus would be a:
Leaf 6.6kW charger.

We can help. Have used that exact setup in a defender 110"

We have a gen1 leaf battery on the shelf and Tdk dcdc converters.

Cant help with the leaf charger but i have dozens of Brusa NLG 513 available if that helps?

Are you aware of current rules for conversions? Main new things are sealed and isolated batteries, double insulated orange cabling, orange conduit etc.

A MR2 was the other frame we were looking at, but this one was 12 years newer and less frame rust for the same cost. We also have another VW so the layout is familiar to us.
