Recently took delivery of a new IONIQ 38.

How do people go about stopping a charge when connected to a charger that doesn't have it's own stop button (eg: PodPoint 7kW at Tesco)?

On my Zoe, pressing the charger-flap button on the dash terminates a charge but the same button on the IONIQ doesn't do anything. I know there is a 'stop charge' button in the BlueLink app but I'm wanting to know what to do if the app isn't working.

Thanks

Door unlock button is the usual way with a non charge flap button car. It should interrupt the charge for a short time even if it's unlocked already.
I had to do exactly this in my Ioniq last week when the Electric Highway app crashed and then refused to reconnect to the charger that I was actively charging from. Pressing the stop button on the charger just produced a warning that interrupting the charge with anything other than the app would result in me being charged for a full session (which I hadn't used). Pressing unlock on the fob interrupted the charge, allowing the app to reconnect to the charger and terminating the session.

I read somewhere before receiving mine that you need to double click the unlock button on the fob, its worked everytime I use tesco podpoint or similar.
Yep, double press unlock button - you should hear it unlock. Doens't work if car is on or door is open

Thanks everyone.
Just given it a try.
Both a single click and double click on the unlock button on the key fob appeared to work.
Both stopped the charge for a few seconds and unlocked the charging cable.
