Yeah, dealers did the same thing with washers for me today.
Initial impressions from the drive home are good

It'd be nice to know which washers they changed/inserted. My dealership is useless and will probably need pointing in the right direction but my rattling noise is exactly the same.

Ah, thanks. Mine went in for an hour and they added bits under the brackets on the side. It's going in again as it was still making a noise. Maybe they'll add those too.
