Has any one else had a problem when charing via Chadamo socket an indicator light is set on after charging successfully. An amber warning light comes on my dashboard which looks like a picture of a car with an exclamation mark in the middle. This then seems to prevent us from charging at the next charge point.

Two different charge companies involved and when we first had this problem Nissan eventually replaced the Chadamo in our car.

But it has happened again and it charges ok at Nissan so they can't see the problem. Charge company one says it charged ok so not their fault and charge company two says that the error code "error code 5" means that they could not communicate with the vehicle. I think because an indicator has been set and not released. The AA/Rac guy said that our vehicle was saying that it was still on charge.

Any thoughts from you guys n gals

As you say Chademo I’m assuming the issue isn’t related to your home charge point?

Sounds like a software issue in the car if so
