Hi,

I've recently bought a KONA PREMIUM SE (2019), really enjoying it so far! However, I can't connect the car to the Blue Link app to help give me control over charging and remote access.

I was in touch with the HME Bluelink team and their response was that the vehicle isn't equipped with Bluelink. I was under the impression that all electric Hyundai's were equipped with it.

Anyone have any advice or tips?

If the infotainment system has buttons down either side then it doesn't support Bluelink. They switched to a new headunit with a 10 inch screen and buttons below the screen and it's only the new unit will give you Bluelink.
