Hi all - still getting to know our new eNiro - mostly good but had a puzzle today and I'm wondering if the collected wisdom can help.

We're trying to charge a phone (iPhone) - not using the wireless pad, as the phone is too old to support that, but with an old fashioned USB cable plugged into either the USB charger socket at the bottom of the console, or the one hidden inside the central storage unit.

And it's a bit odd - charging seems to start and stop. We're getting indications from the phone that it needs to be logged in to - which you'd normally only expect when connecting to something smart like a computer rather than a dumb charger. But even when we make sure the phone is active, charging seems to start and stop erratically. Tried this with two different phones.

Anyone got any ideas?

Presumably if you plug it into the 'connected' socket in the middle it's trying to connect to the phone, I believe the one on the right is just a power USB, it switches off when the car is off.
