....goes to plug in the type 2 from the BG Polar charging point (for the first time)...no lights are working on the front...
BG dont appear to have any customer services overthe weekend either!

Luckily I have a 3 pin on the outside wall.

@Chris Kemp does it have a key, for some reason the chargemaster guys installed mine, tested it then turned it off, was just about to raise a support call when I thought, "ah I wonder"

Yep, key turned to 3o'clock.supposed to have an amber LED all the time.
Both RCD's are in the up position. (Ive tried down too)
