Anyone know if the serialnumber of the battery is stored or has to be written in the EVC in a KANGO ZE from 2012?
I don't find any information about that.

Greetz,

Now I have my doubts about the short circuit to earth fault I red on the can clip.
By the way: can clip won't go passed the multiplex test any more. It wants to go online and stops there.
Further testing for fault reading in impossible .

But I'm getting closer....

I had to adapt the cables to the HV battery. The car had a 33kWh battery installed before.
Now it has a 22 kWh battery. So the connectors have to be adopted (from two to one).

What a wonderfull site this is with very good information.
Where does everybody got all that knowledge?
I'm glad I came across this site!

After investigating the cables I found out there was no power on the + to the BMS.
Don't know where to find the fuse. I'll investigate that problem later...
But I was able to feed the BMS with the wire that feeds the first relais of the battery pack.
Now I can read out the battery.
Battery range and level are OK on the dashboard.

Message "panne electric/danger" is stil there along with the stop light.
Green GO lights up and the car is running.

Problems are HV won't charge
12v drains, won't charge with or without cable
BMS not powered (without my extra lead)
First I want to look at the fuse of the + lead to the BMS (but don't know where to look for it).
Then I suspect what? DC-DC convertor, OBC, BCB...

A little help would be great.

Fine regards,
Chris

The car is running perfect.

I did a swap of the DC/DC board in the PEB an had to change the original 12 pin connector on the battery pack (unstabel connection Hi-canbus).
We had no messages in weeks.
DDT Spyrin still reads one DTC in the TCU but it has no influence on the car at all.

One problem is charging the car 100%
It stops around 89, 90%.
When waking up the car is starts charging again, 1u15minutes tot go.
After a few minutes the car goes to sleep and charging stops.
Waking it up again and it starts again for a few minutes, 1u10 minutes to go...

Anyone with a solution or an idea what is causing that behavier?

Regards,
Chris

Best starting a new topic I asume...
