I don't have direct experience but I'm interested in the question! I note that RAC claim to have the unique offer of a mobile charging service - gives you 10 miles of range - though they also say that is currently fitted to only 80 patrol vehicles. They also address the towing problem directly.
But they (like the AA) are not cheap! For a lot less you can get Green Flag cover (about 1/3 of the price for a spot check I just did) and we've always found them good for supporting our ICE cars. They say they are happy to look after EVs too but don't give any reassuring details.
