Noticed today that the list of trips on the App was missing 2 trips that I made!
Anyone else had this little fault?
Did the refresh thing on the app, but they still didn’t appear.
I need to check the trips on the main screen in the car, maybe they’re there.🤣
Not really a big problem unless it affects the estimated miles left on the battery, but I can’t see it would.

I don't think there is a fault.

You probably just made the trips within 4hr of each other.

That’s strange Todor, as it recorded all the other trips that day when I look at the Trips recorded. There should be a trip of 11 miles at around 11.45 am, but it’s not there. The vast majority of trips that my wife makes are all within 4 hours of each other as you can see from the log.

Ooooops, it is possible that I got it wrong way around. The app was the one that records "car starts", and the car records the whole trip and only separates trips by stops longer than 4hrs.

The new Souls have different users? Or how do you share the car on the apps/phones with your wife?

This screen in the UVO app I believe allows people to share car information. Pressing share button goes to another screen that allows another driver to input their mobile number and see their log information etc. But don’t quote me on it.

No, we both use the same profile on the car and App which is only on my phone, that’s why I knew some trips weren’t recording.
