I am really, really very happy with almost every aspect of my now 1 year old Kona but one thing that really bugs me is where they used incandescent bulbs instead of LEDs. If anyone has ever seen the "Iron Man" edition of the Kona you will note that version has a total LED rear light assembly so Hyundai do have these parts... Why are they not included as standard on the most expensive version of the car they make?

I was hoping to change at least the indicators to LEDs but getting the wrong replacement LED bulbs can generate rapid flashing and errors if they are not the correct resistance.

I know there are some people who have changed the reversing light bulb successfully but has anyone successfully swapped out the indicator bulbs?

Any insight will be appreciated.
