Has anyone had issues with being locked out of the car? Have seen it reported on another forum from Googling. My mum has an ID3 Life and I've twice had to offer remote technical support after she has used the boot, locked the car, come back to car, and the fob doesn't work.

She then has to remove key, unlock manually, then put fob into the cup holder, to turn off the alarm. Is this a known issue or something quirky about how you lock/unlock?

Car is awaiting the new update, due in garage next week.

Yes I had this a couple of months ago, took it in to the dealer. They re-coded the keys, hasn't done it since then🤞.

Yes, I've had this in original firmware and in 2.0.

First time fixed purely by waiting, second by doing as you got your mum to do.

Hasn't happened in 2.1 yet. And I'm gradually getting used to using it as a keyless fob now.
