Bad news David, I'll have a read of that thread. I suppose it's not that unusual for new, complex cars to throw up a weak design issue like this after a couple of years on the market, all manufacturers have examples. It's really up to them and their dealers to fess up and handle it right for their customers, and yours is an unfortunately common story. Bit worrying as I'm probably going to have to deal with Bournemouth for my servicing too.. I'd hoped to hear better.
