If you go into software update and select map update and then choose an appropriate map do you see a message like this



This surprises me as the car is only 6 months old. I could understand if it said that there were no updates available because you have the latest maps but to say that the subscription has expired seems really odd.

Just back from the Service Centre - they appear to have fixed this issue - now get this
