When I did the factory reset I also lost the app etc...it was because I had to enable the network data sharing. Once enabled, connectivity to the app came back.Had my coolant changed today which necessitated the battery being locked out and that upset the map. Have done a factory reset and the map has loaded OK but I've now lost LIVE services and connection to the app. Sigh. Hopefully it'll come back.
