Perhaps - I'm on 11.346 and my R-Link isn't showing any available updates.

Is there a reliable / official source for 11.347? Wondering if it's worth me trying it :unsure:
Not sure - I had it updated at the dealer with my last service back in August - cost me a half hour labour.

Interestingly enough I've just been sent a third SD card to try - just making an untouched image of it now before inserting it into the car tomorrow for curiosity's sake to compare it with one of the others. I've gone back and asked if they want me to do another factory reset of the head unit before trying it.
If this still doesn't work, then I might drop it into conversation that so far you've been stable after having the upgrade to 11.347.

Mine is still working OK although occasionally it freezes just after setting off - it's as if the GPS has lost touch with the satellites, the map and the "car" image sit there for a while and after about a minute it catches up and stays fine. I can live with that!

Had my coolant changed today which necessitated the battery being locked out and that upset the map. Have done a factory reset and the map has loaded OK but I've now lost LIVE services and connection to the app. Sigh. Hopefully it'll come back.

Had my coolant changed today which necessitated the battery being locked out and that upset the map. Have done a factory reset and the map has loaded OK but I've now lost LIVE services and connection to the app. Sigh. Hopefully it'll come back.
When I did the factory reset I also lost the app etc...it was because I had to enable the network data sharing. Once enabled, connectivity to the app came back.

Thanks, yes, I did the data sharing thing yesterday and this morning the app is connecting again - Renault servers aren't the quickest to react perhaps!
