I think the clue is in "PHEV"! If the "P" stands for "Plug-In" then I reckon that means they are included So, yes (IMO), i3 REx, Ampera, Plug-In Prius, Outlander etc.I've dug a little deeper and found the EV only registrations information;
March Registrations obviously skewed by the new 14 plate.

I would like to understand what qualifies as Plug-in Other Electric. Presumably the i3 Rex and the Ampera, but does that include the Plug in Prius? Do PHEV's come under that category?
