Had the Zoe out for a short 5 mile run the other day and returned with 96% battery left. Then used the car the following day and it reported 100%. Again used it for a short run only and parked with 88% remaining. Came back the next day and it showed 91%. The battery seems to regenerate slightly, possibly the same way a torch will work after a day or so.
Has anybody else noticed that, and if, I wonder whether the max range could be achieved by many small trips rather than a single long run. Difficult to compare of course and I have not tried, maybe more a theoretical question.

It does that indeed, however, in my experience the "gained range" quickly evaporates once you start driving, to settle again into what was to be reasonably expected.
