Could 2014 be the year of the Plug-in Hybrid ' coming of age'.
I can't hope noticing that every company from London's Black Cab, to Mercedes Limo, are joining in on the act. Its not surprising that sports cars - very expensive ones are getting in on the act.
Of course F1 will this year be using hybrid cars and people will have there eyes opened to what the technology offers. I guess that the public will latch onto the performance gains and the stellar acceleration from a hybrid drive-train. The eco-logical aspects may not be the 'driver' for hybrid adoption; however, its got to seen as progress!
Now we've seen the i3 and E-up there is not much to expect in 2014 in the BEV sector? i8 and Merc-B Class - seems to be about it?
