Check the volume settings for the speaker and microphone:
All other functions on both iPhone 5Ss work fine, make calls, receive calls hear the caller. But they can't hear us at all.Yes, but I would suggest first of all un-pairing it and repairing it if you haven't already.

Hi did you ever fix this? I have same issue with am env200 tekna which I think is the same unit.Thanks for advice so far. I found the microphone test, clicked 'on' then nothing happened apart from it showing 'on'. Any move away from that screen turns it off. Now what? Anyone know the answer?

Hi did you ever fix this? My env200 tekna has the same issue and has a similar unit to yours.I don't seem to be able to make the microphone work for either voice recognition or bluetooth phone calls. The person on the other end of the call cannot hear me on both incoming and outgoing calls. And voice recognition does not seem to hear me at all, with no background noise either.
