Anyone had issues with mobile phone line quality?

I have an August 2020 supplied e2008. Initially, making calls in the car via my mobile was fine. However, in the last few weeks, we've had quality problems - if you phone the car, the driver sounds incredibly quiet as if miles away, and the quality is really bad.

Same problem with 2 different drivers, so it's not a problem with a specific handset/brand. But both are on EE network.

Any thoughts/ideas on a reset most welcome.
