Maybe I'm lucky, but I've always had a good experience with Renault service and support.

Took the Zoe in for its annual service. The service guy pointed out that they need to change the gear lever under warranty - his computer system alerted him to the fix.

This is interesting as I only noticed that the detent switch was slightly broken the day before. :)

They took most of the day to do it, but this was the cheapest ‘A’ service ever.

The equivalent of £30 of your Earth pounds.

Did my gear lever couple of months ago and sorted out the blue badge issue at the same time. All very efficient. About two hours with first MOT. (Renault Trowbridge).
