In February I contacted Muxsan for an appointment in July (e-NV200 upgrade). Now they cancelled everything citing an "communication error" leaving me quite confused. After several mails explaining that this has a huge impact on everything I had planned for the next two months, the situation remains unchanged, citing that every date is booked in July, and no one is available in August.
Does anyone had the same issue?
If not, would you trade your date for a compensation ? 🤗
