Muxsan UBEX and the Insurance Dilemma

I have an ENV-200 with Muxsan UBEX. Churchill covered the battery, CCS and towbar at no extra charge. They even said they were not notifiable modifications (although I strongly recommend informing them anyway and getting written confirmation).

However, Churchill will not touch any kind of suspension modification (which MUXSAN did due to the weight of the batteries).
Adrian Flux have quoted me £100 more than I was paying for equivalent cover (including extras and cover of the value of the batteries).

The dash says over 250 miles. The trip back from Holland used 30% for 80 miles and reported 3.5 miles per kWh (no aircon/heater) on a mixture of A roads and dual carriageway, driven at the speed limit.

I never considered replacing the 24kW, why bother? Besides 40s are hard to find.
