Basic suggestion ... Make sure they know what an Ampera is !

Called today at 07:25 with 2 faults and inability to charge and the guy had never heard of an Ampera !

And yes I did call the right number and listen to the My Ampera advice first

Not what I call a great start

I had reason to contact MyAmpera and spoke to Trevor. He is a very knowledgable guy and has been with the Ampera program for some considerable time as I spoke to him last year sometime about the Ampera at a show IIRC.

Clearly there have been one or two teething issues with the MyAmpera helpline but hopefully they will have sorted them out quickly.

Just a point... if you call out of hours then you might get through to someone who does not know of the Ampera. One of the options is the AA and there will be people there that still haven't heard of it yet (difficult to believe I know ;) )

If anyone else has any feedback, good or bad, about MyAmpera please post.
