Took a phone call whilst on bluetooth in the car last evening and the caller couldn`t hear me at all!
Checking showed that the car isn`t getting anything from the microphone, either when using the telephone or trying voice activation.
All has been well for the past 12 months and I think I know about muting etc, but can find no reason for the car not to want to listen to me! I have tried various adjustments, reconnected phone and resets to default, but it still is not hearing me.
Have I muted it somehow ( grandkids do like pressing buttons - but I don`t think they have ) or is it a fault?
Any ideas gratefully received.
Otherwise it is in for 20K service in 2 weeks so will report it - I dread to think how that may go!

After sulking for 24 hours all is now functioning correctly! Very strange!
And I didn`t do any further resets or adjustments, it just worked.

This seems to be related to the 12v battery low state of charge
this happened to me afterwards few weeks of owning the car!
My car went completely dead one weekend, had AA fits jump started it and everything back to normal since.

just be wary that your battery is getting drained for some reason🥸
